  5. RIVAROOTS offers natural hair care products. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging or color may occur.

    • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for prepaid orders) or confirmation (for Cash on Delivery).

    • RIVAROOTS reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

    8. 4. Pricing & Payment

    • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

    • Payment methods may include:

      • Cash on Delivery (COD)

      • Bank Transfer

      • Online Payment (if available)

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 working days within Pakistan.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

    • RIVAROOTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair oil products are non-returnable once opened.

    Returns may only be accepted if:

    • The product is damaged upon delivery

    • The wrong product was delivered

    11. Customers must notify RIVAROOTS within 48 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp or email, along with clear images of the issue.

    Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 working days.

    7. Product Results Disclaimer

    Results may vary from person to person depending on hair type, scalp condition, and usage consistency.

    RIVAROOTS does not guarantee specific results for every individual.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    RIVAROOTS shall not be held liable for:

    • Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivity

    • Misuse of the product

    • Indirect or consequential damages
